"Arnold"
was one of the heaviest puppies I've ever had-- weighing
in
at 5 pounds at just 13 days of age- hence his name!
One
had to beware of being in an open field with Arnold on the loose. He loved
to
bowl
people over, then stand over them with a silly grin on his face,
as
if to say "gotcha". He was a wonderful, healthy, typey male
who
loved the world and everyone in it.
Arnold
easily earned both his Canadian and his American championships -
placing
group 1st - his first weekend out in the States. My thanks to Sharon
and
Gary Rompot of Sangar Newfoundlands for taking such good care of
Arnold
while he competed for his American championship.
He
was a great-grandson of both my foundation bitch, Angel,
and
my foundation stud, Domino.
"Arnold" was landseer and grey
recessive and is available at stud via frozen semen.
