"Eva"
came to Moonfleet at 10 weeks of age, from Steve and April Stone, Houston,
Texas.
Eva's
breed type has had a tremendous influence on my breeding program.
Her
daughter, Int'l. Lux. Esp. Ch. Moonfleet's Hakunamatata was a show/brood
bitch
in
France; her son, Am.Can.Ch. Moonfleet's Hurricane Hugo, OFA was a
stud
dog in Michigan; while another son, Moonfleet's Winterhawk
of
Padells, OFA was a stud dog in California. Two of her
landseer
grandsons are stud dogs in Europe.
I had the privilege of having 4 "Eva" grandchildren at Moonfleet.
Losing
"Eva" was a heart breaking experience for me. She was the last "Moonfleet"
furry
remaining after the breakup of the kennel. My sincere thanks to
David
and Margaret Gould for opening their home and their hearts
to
"Eva", while renovations were taking place on my house.
