"Norton"
was a stud fee puppy who came home to Moonfleet at 8 weeks of age,
from
Karen and Buddy West, Nikoma Kennels.
Right
from the start, Norton was a very special presence in my life. His nick
name was
"Baby
Boy". Norton was an great obedience dog; however he wasn't really thrilled
with
draft work. He did it though, just because I asked it of him.
I lost
Norton at just over 10 years of age, during a second surgery to try and
save
him.
He had eaten a toy which lodged in his intestines and perforated them.
Norton lives on through his progeny at Moonfleet and Golden Oaks.
