BEARBROOK'S SARGEANT PEPPER, x-ray clear
After
seeing several very nice "Pepper" kids, I decided to send my foundation
bitch,
"Angel"
(Ch. Bearbrooks Moonfleet Sea Angel, Am. Can. C.D., Can. C.D.X.),
to
him for breeding. Off Angel went to Calgary, Alberta,
where
she "partied" with Pepper.
This
was to be Angel's last litter, and I wanted to breed her to the best I
could find,
and
to keep pups from the litter. Imagine my surprise, when the first two pups
out
were GREY!!! I kept trying to rub off the residue, refusing
to
believe I had grey pups!
I kept
a black bitch from the litter, "Moonfleet's Almost an Angel, Am.Can.C.D.,
NCA
D.D., OVC/OFA" (Ali) who was the mother of my "Dizzie",
one
of the best producers my kennel has had.
